SHIPPING

Make sure to double-check the address and phone number you provide during checkout so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Our shipping carriers may use the phone number in case they can’t find the address so it’s important to use the correct one.

How quickly are packages delivered?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US 
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally 
  • Standard: 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally 
How much is shipping?

Please check the shipping rates once you select your product. The shipping rate varies based on the shipping method selected and the weight and size of the package.

I just got my tracking number but nothing’s showing up?

All good! Give it about 24-48 hours and the tracking will update. Carriers are slow to update sometimes.

I haven’t received my order yet! What should I do?

First, check your spam folder, sometimes important emails from us go in there. Otherwise, send us a quick email and we’ll sort everything out!

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

What’s your policy on returns?

Because all our merchandise is made to order especially for you, we’re unable to accept returned items except in the case of those that are damaged/incorrect. If you receive a damaged/incorrect item, take a photo and email us and we’ll get a replacement sent out ASAP.

I added the wrong address when ordering, now what?

Not to worry, these things happen sometimes! Make sure you email us straight away with the correct address and we’ll update your order. If the item has already shipped, you may have to pay to have the item redelivered as our carriers charge for address changes.

I placed an order but then realized I need to cancel it…can I?

Mistakes happen! Just send an email right away with your name and order number and we’ll do our best to cancel it. We can only do this if you contact us before manufacturing has begun.
