Make sure to double-check the address and phone number you provide during checkout so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. Our shipping carriers may use the phone number in case they can’t find the address so it’s important to use the correct one.

How quickly are packages delivered?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will get your order, add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

Overnight: next day delivery in the US 
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally 
Standard: 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

How much is shipping?

Please check the shipping rates once you select your product. The shipping rate varies based on the shipping method selected and the weight and size of the package.

Question 4

I just got my tracking number but nothing’s showing up?

Accepted Answer

All good! Give it about 24-48 hours and the tracking will update. Carriers are slow to update sometimes.

Question 5

I haven’t received my order yet! What should I do?

First, check your spam folder, sometimes important emails from us go in there. Otherwise, send us a quick email and we’ll sort everything out!

What happens if a package wasn’t delivered, but the tracking states that it was?

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

What if the order is lost in the mail?

Accepted Answer

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.

What’s your policy on returns?

Because all our merchandise is made to order especially for you, we’re unable to accept returned items except in the case of those that are damaged/incorrect. If you receive a damaged/incorrect item, take a photo and email us and we’ll get a replacement sent out ASAP.

Question 9

I added the wrong address when ordering, now what?

Not to worry, these things happen sometimes! Make sure you email us straight away with the correct address and we’ll update your order. If the item has already shipped, you may have to pay to have the item redelivered as our carriers charge for address changes.

I placed an order but then realized I need to cancel it…can I?

Mistakes happen! Just send an email right away with your name and order number and we’ll do our best to cancel it. We can only do this if you contact us before manufacturing has begun.

What is your process of listing products and accessories on the platform?

Our team believes in offering only the best products which would help improve the performance and greatly enhance the driving experience.

It takes time and effort curating the best available products list. We follow a conscientious process, to find and list the selection of accessories on our platform. (1) First, the curating team made up of industry experts gather information from multiple sources for their research, (2) They study the information, collect data and conduct interviews with other product editors, and even go through product-specific customer reviews, (3) They then recommend listing of only the best valued, tested and feature-rich accessories and products. We also understand that being expensive doesn’t always construe to good quality, and aim to list only quality products that provide the best value for money.

As Tesla owners ourselves, we offer the curated selection that we would enjoy fixing and installing in our own vehicles.

Are you biased towards specific brands and products due to affiliate commissions?

Our independent expert curators suggested only quality products that would give the customer value for their money. We do make affiliate commissions from the retailers when the visitor decides to make a purchase through the platform. But, earning a commission is not the only motivating factor in creating this platform, we would like to discover and be the first to present exclusive and unique Tesla accessories. Adversely if the visitor decides, post-purchase, to return a recommended product we stand to lose our commission. We have no desire to pick inferior products, or any other accessories recommended by manufacturers or agents.

What if I need a product not listed on your platform?

We strive to list all the in-demand popular products and accessories, but if you require any specific accessory or item not listed on the platform, you can always email, or send a direct message detailing your requirements.
